library transfer issue

    hi there,
    i have just imported a wordpress media library i have (fatherandson-aroundtheworld.com) into my new WordPress website. The images have been imported, but i cant see the newly imported posts and pages. Can you please assist me with that issue? Thanks

    Hi there,

    What did you export from the other site? The media library only, or all content?

    If you exported the media library only (and that appears to be the case based on the file you imported to us – the file only contains references to image attachment pages, no posts or regular pages that I can find), that’s all that will import.

    If you want to also migrate your posts and pages, you need to also export those content types under Tools ->Export on that site, and import them as well.
