Libre 2 Customizing difficulties

Sorry if this is a repeat, but I am having trouble customizing my Libre 2 theme. I converted from Esquire, a retired theme.

Basically, drop down menus are not appearing anywhere, either at the bottom, or on the side. I think I created Search, Archive, and Categories drop downs, but they do not show up.
Also, the posts don’t stop, one can scroll all the way down to the beginning of the blog. It is not the way I want it to behave, but I do not know how to change it.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Hi there,

drop down menus are not appearing anywhere

Currently, you do not have any menus created. We have a guide on creating Custom Menus, and also on adding post categories to your menu. Have a look at those, and let me know if you get stuck.

Also, the posts don’t stop, one can scroll all the way down to the beginning of the blog. It is not the way I want it to behave, but I do not know how to change it.

Sure, so first you’ll need to remove the widget in your Footer 1 area. You can do this from My Site > Widgets. After you do that, you’ll go to your site’s Dashbaord and visit the Settings > Reading area. Once there, look for the Infinite Scroll Behavior section and uncheck the box. Finally, scroll down and click the blue button to save your changes.

I created Search, Archive, and Categories drop downs

So you do have widgets for these in your sidebar. If you visit any of your posts, you’ll see those over on the right side of the post.
