Libretto Theme Header Image Issue! HELP!
-
The recommended header size is 1600×275, so I created a new header that’s that size, but it’s blowing up so that it looks massive and very pixelated, and it doesn’t show my site name and tagline (which I put on my site). I’ve tried resizing it larger and smaller and nothing is working. Feel free to click on my blog to check the problem yourself. I’d really appreciate any help!!!!!
Also, how do I make it to where that header is on all of my posts, rather than the ‘featured image’? Thanks all!

Hi,
I created a new header that’s that size, but it’s blowing up so that it looks massive and very pixelated, and it doesn’t show my site name and tagline (which I put on my site).
I don’t find any header image displayed on the site https://alytalks.wordpress.com/. Can you provide a link to the file image that you refer to?

Sorry, that was my mistake. I’m currently at work on a different computer and I was able to properly display my header image. I have no idea why it worked today but it didn’t work on my laptop yesterday.

No worries.

Different screen sizes on the two devices are reason enough for the different results you encountered. On my 12″ x 9″ screen the site title in the header image just barely fits, the last letter slightly truncated. The last word of the tagline is mostly cut off. I have to zoom (FF 39.0) out two clicks to see the entire tagline. It requires four zoom clicks out to center the site title and tagline.
The above is just an illustration of how the appearance of text in the header image is dependent upon zoom settings, and (by inference) screen size.
