License not working

    We purchased a license for our jetpack backup. It was sent to our email but when we tried to use it is says that the ‘Jetpack: [not_same_owner] This license key is owned by a different user.’

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)
