Licensing fee for theme — no account access to pay it.

We’ve moved away from wordpress.com to a privately hosted installation. We have been using the Ideation and Intent custom theme and received a bill for yearly renewal, which we’re happy to pay, but there is no way for us to do so since our WordPress.com account no longer exists. We have been having a very hard time paying for our domain registration in the past. Now this. Please, we either need ready access to our account, or we need to be totally separate. Please advise. The account was for deliziedelizie.com. Claire Idhammar owns it.
I’m using another account to contact you. It’s deliziedelizie.com which you now only handle the domain registration for. People like us who still have business with you all for domain registration and custom themes are at present completely neglected. This has caused my client a great deal of stress. Please, step up.

WordPress.org are completely separate, have different log-ins and run different versions of themes with same names. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

WordPress.com username accounts cannot be deleted.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/You can recover your account. You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the dashboard.
If you have lost your log-in information you can visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
and if required click the “Need More Help” link and complete the form for account recovery. -
It looks like the domain deliziedelizie.com is hosted elsewhere now:
http://who.is/whois/deliziedelizie.comTo access the domain administration area, you will need to log into the WordPress.com account that registered the domain, and navigate to the former WordPress.com blog that was using the domain. That appears to be deliziedelizie.wordpress.com.
From that blog’s Dashboard (http://deliziedelizie.wordpress.com/wp-admin) you can go to Store > Domains to log into the Domain administration panel.
