  I built a wordpress website and I transferred some forms and lessons from my old wordpress website to the one on the Subject line and I have discovered that the only way that the forms and lessons on my website remain in place is if I keep my old website active but if I suspend my old website the forms and all my lessons are removed and a message will appear that says account is suspended. That message is transferred from my old website. Can you help ?

  I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with hover.com.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
