Lightspeed WooCommerce plugin not inporting images due to

I have an issue with LightSpeed, a WooCommerce plugin. The problem is that when importing LightSpeed products into WooCommerce, the images are not importing. I have contacted LightSpeed support and gave them access tothe backend to be able to look into this issue. They came back to me saying that there is a problem with the action scheduler. They noticed that there are 30K+ jobs backed up in the queue. 1,600 of them are ‘wclsi_import_image’ jobs. If the jobs are manually started, they seem to be working, but it seems that it is no longer processing jibs automatically. Is there any help about this issue please?

Unfortunately, we cannot assist because your site is not hosted on WordPress.com. It’s a self-hosted WordPress.org site hosted by a different hosting company.
We do not have access to self-hosted sites, so I cannot see the setup of the backend of your account.
