  would like to add a FB like button (not to share, only like) to each message and can not find it how… Thanks!

  That’s not possible. You can only add a Facebook like button to a Facebook site, not to a wordpress.COM site.

  For Facebook integration go to https://en.support.wordpress.com/facebook-integration/

  Be aware that you need to use the Facebook likebox widget found in your wordpress.COM Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets area and not the one from Facebook. See here http://en.support.wordpress.com/facebook-integration/#facebook-like-box
  You install the Facebook likebox widget here > Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets
