'Like' a post without having to logon to WordPress

    Friends have told me that they want to ‘Like’ a post but are not able to do it since they are not a WordPress user. They don’t want to input their information just to like my post. Can I do something so they are able to Like a post without having to log on to WordPress? My site is GardeningB.com

    Hello there,

    The Like button is a feature linked to WordPress.com, therefore your readers must be logged in to their WordPress.com account in order to like your posts. If they don’t have a WordPress.com account they cannot use the feature, sorry about that.

    I see you display also other social media buttons next to the Like button: I know it’s not the same thing, but if your friends like your post they can spread the word on social media platforms.
