Like and Share Facebook Button

  I was just wondering if it is possible to get the Facebook ‘like’ button and Facebook Share Button bellow every post

  I already have the like button but do not know how i can get the share button.

  I would like it so that if someone clicks the like button they will like the post and if they click the share button they will share the post.
