"Like" Blog Poachers

I have someone that daily “Like”s the first two or three of my posts a day.
When I check that person’s blog I see they are from the other side of the globe and the the blog posts they like each day are obviously not something they would be interested in “liking as they are of a hyper local nature.
It is blatantly obvious they are just trying to use my highly viewed blog to put their avatar on in the hopes someone will click through to theirs.
It’s become extremely annoying and I’m wondering if there is a way to block them from liking the same top three posts early in the morning and then the same way in the evening just to try to poach traffic.

Here’s the offender and if you read his about page you can see his MO by the other comments posted about how the other bloggers appreciated all the likes he was giving them. What they probably don’t realize is that they, like me, aren’t all that special, just being used to drive traffic to his site.
