  When I click the Like button on another blog, it turns blue for about 20 seconds and reverts back to being off.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  Does this happen only on a certain blog, or on multiple blogs? Please provide the address of a page where you encounter that behavior.

  It happened on any one of the blogs I follow. I tried through the Reader and directly on their sites.
