  how can I allow readers who are not blogging on word press like my posts?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi nish0142,

  On the “Likes” support article (located at https://en.support.wordpress.com/likes/ it states:

  “Note: You must be logged into WordPress.com in order to use the Like button.”

  So, they will need a WordPress.com account to use the WordPress like button. Otherwise you’ll need to share it on a social media site the has it’s own separate like buttons, but of course they’d need accounts for most of those sites for that.

  A friend of mine has an account on facebook but she still cannot like my posts.
  What can I do for that? It says she has to have an account on wordpress.

  Sorry, I meant that you would have to post it on Facebook and have her like it there with Facebook’s like button. This will not have any effect on the like button on your blog. She will not be able to use the like button on WordPress.com without a WordPress.com account.
