"Like" button requires a login

    My friend tried to “like” my post but it asked her for a login. Is there a way to have a “like” button that doesn’t require people to “login”? Thank you!

    Hi there,

    No, users must be logged in in order to leave likes; otherwise, there’d be no information to display. :)

    People can create user-only WordPress.com accounts, though. They don’t have to start a blog.
