Like Button & Share

    I just started the blog yesterday and want to know why the like button and Share doesn’t appear after each post? I have found the like button only appears when you click on Comment. That is where I also saw a google ad showing up…but that is another issue.

    I checked off the boxes to have the like and share appear after each post, but it does not seem to be working.

    Any help you can provide would be appreciated. Thanks.

    The front page of our blogs are designed to “showcase” our posts. When the either the title of the post or the comments link are clicked our posts are displayed on their own page. Then at the ned of the post the sharing buttons will appear and can be used after your readers read the post.

    WordPress.com has been running advertising on our free hosted blogs since 2006. This is stated on the Features page and also in support documentation. If you do not wish to have advertising appearing on your free hosted wordpress.com blog you can purchase an annually renewable No-Ads upgrade to remove them. http://en.support.wordpress.com/no-ads/
