like buttons on home page / and or individual posts

  I know it’s been asked before and I’ve searched here but with no result –
  How do I get the ‘ like ‘ button up onsite? – Not that ttere will be much response but here’s hoping
  many thanks

  The Like button can’t be put on the homepage; it applies only to posts themselves.

  “like button” (w/o quotes) put in to search in the support documents yields these top two results: And it was quicker than waiting for @raincoaster.

  Add a Like Button

  Add Social Share Buttons

  Seems to me the “like Button” is automatic. The others are not.
