Like buttons on my Home page?
-
Hi. This is my first question to this forum and my first blog.
I’m using Modularity Lite, and although the “Like this Post” buttons appear at the end of each post’s dedicated page, they don’t seem to show up at the end of the posts in the list display of them on my Home page. I looked for some way to activate this in the menus, but to no avail.
I’m thinking that some casual viewers might not go to the specific pages and might ‘Like’ a post more readily if the button was there in the Home page listing.
Probably something simple I’ve missed, or else maybe this theme disallows this?
Thanks for responding. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The WordPress.com “Like Button” only appears on the posts themselves, not on the front page.
However, the Facebook “Like Button” may appear on the front page if you follow timethief’s instructions.

We expect our readers to read the full post before clicking a WordPress.com “like” button and that’s why the set up is the way it is. -
