Like – By Anyone without having to sign in

How can ANYONE hit the like button without having to sign in? Is there anything I can enable or disable so it’s easier to LIKE my blog?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The WordPress.com like button, like every other in-house use only like button (example: Facebook) can only be used by those who have registered WordPress.com username accounts when they are logged in to WordPress.com.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/likes/Likes are not page views. In fact, likes and shares are misleading when you are talking about page view stats. Your followers and anyone with a WordPress.com blog who is logged into WordPress.com can “like” and “share” your posts in several locations such as the Reader without ever clicking into your blog and creating a page view stat.
