Like feature not working

  Friends of mine who aren’t WordPress users (or bloggers) have tried to “Like” some of my posts but were unable. They don’t want a WordPress account just to do that. Is there any way around this?

  No. Only member of the WordPress.com community can use the WordPress.com “like” button just like only Facebook mebers can use the Facebook “like” button.
