"like" isn't work properly

    Just WP members are able to “like” my blog?
    If a reader of my blog hit the “like” botton on my post, he or she have to sign up to wordpress and have to make an account.
    If they don’t want to be a blogger, I can not get the “like”. It is normal? This way I lost a lot of “like”.
    I wanted to check it out and I hit the “like” on my blog. How can I remove my Gravatar now from my “like”-list on my blog? It looks funny that I “like” my own blog.
    My other question: I got an email address when I signed up to my domain name: livingwithallergy.com
    The email: (email visible only to moderators and staff) How can I get access and activate this email?
