'Like' not working

    Why a friend cannot like my posts unless he will sign in or log-in to wordpress? I’ve have liked posts before that I do not need to sign-in or log-in to wordpress, but not on my site. Thenibloggedit.wordpress.com and blogjob.com/qwenisthinkingoutloud (which uses wordpress UI). Please help.

    The like button here at WordPress.com is just like the Facebook one.It is an in-house like button.That means you have to be a wordpress.com blogger who is logged in to use it.
