"Like" of a reblog blog entry

Since a few days, the behaviour of clicking “Like” on a reblog article WITHIN THE READER has been changed.

Formerly, liking a reblog article resulted in a like for the _original_ posting.

Now, the like counts for the _reblog_.

I don’t know, if the new behaviour is intended or a bug, but from my point of view, it definitely should be reverted.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

This was an intentional change with some of the recent changes in the Reader — the like is now attributed to the reblogged post, just as if you were viewing the post on the site where it was reblogged. However, you can click through to view the original post and like it there, as well.

From my sight the old behaviour was better and more fair, because the reblog enttry is only the reblog entry.

For me, your click-through-advice makes more sense in the other direction: if someone absolutely wants to like the reblog and not the original, you can click through to it directly in the blog.
