"Like" star has disappeared from bottom of posts

  I have been “liking” blog posts for years. I love the feature. I “like” a lot of blog posts on different topics. I am following many bloggers using wordpress. Unfortunately, sometime over a month ago, the “like” star at the bottom of posts disappeared. So I can no longer “like” blog posts, although I can still “like” comments…
  It has been impossible to find any information on this. The “like” star is still showing in my new post email notifications, but even if I click it from my email, no “like” section is visible when I arrive at the post.

  When you view blog posts, are you doing so on the blog itself? Or from within the WordPress.com reader?

  From the blog itself, I never use the reader, not ever

  I bet the software changed something. Several people have reported this.

  So I turned off AdBlockPlus on this page only and now I can see the like star on the page rootjosh offered.
  AdBlockPlus is applying a few filters here, so I’ll probably manage to find out which one is the problem, and continue using ABP.

  Thank you. The internet has become so wonderful since ABP, that whenever things go wrong I am surprised.
  If any of you find the filter before me… (I’m not doing it tonight, late), post it here, as I imagine others are experiencing this… though I haven’t met any… weird.

  Well, at least have figured out the crux of the issue and are on a path to getting it sorted out.

  But you know what I mean.
