  Hi there!

  Per this page: http://anthologize.org/download-plugin/

  “… at this time Anthologize cannot be installed on blogs hosted at WordPress.com.”

  This is because it is not possible to install plugins on WordPress.com, for security reasons. Plugins can only be installed on self-hosted WordPress blogs.

  Is there perhaps another widget or something I could use to create an eBook from my blog that you could recommend?

  There’s also http://www.fastpencil.com/
