Likebox Doesn't show anything

Hey everyone,
I’ve filled out a likebox form on this page…

For some reason it was working before but now it just shows a grey box. I had another like box that didn’t show anything and so when I finally got one up and running I delete the blank one and the one that was working messed up.
As you can probably tell I’m not tech savvy. I’ll show you the website so you can see what I mean.
When I fill out the form on the plugin page I make sure that I’ve selected all the right options such as “Show friends faces” and I leave the “Hide Cover Photo” unchecked.
Can someone help me out please?

That site is a wordpress.ORG software install that we do not provide support for here at wordpress.COM.
That site is not hosted by WordPress.COM. Our support docs do not apply to it and you are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
