Likely bug on the "Views by Country" stats page

  On the “Views by Country” stats page, we have views from Norway, but the map colors only the main part of Norway, and is not coloring in the islands of Svalbard (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Svalbard), which should be shown as part of Norway. Can you update the map to color in those islands when a blog has had visitors from Norway?

  The Views by Country feature relies on ISO-3166-2 codes. Svalbard and Jan Mayen have their own supported code (SJ) despite being a part of Norway.

  Visits from them should be available on the map like so:
