  I have a private blog with two editors. Neither Editor, nor Administrator can “Like” posts. For a moment, their Gravatar appears after “Liking” a post but then it disappears.

  When a volunteer with an answer is available you’ll be answered, there is no need to keep bumping your topic every five minutes.

  I believe the ability to Like your own posts was removed at the request of many mortified bloggers who’d accidentally Liked their own post and didn’t Like looking that egotistical.

  No positive discussions on this topic as yet.
  Let me clarify, the Likes button is not working as in not appearing with post, for others to like!
