  How can my viewers that are not members of wordpress ‘like’ my blogs without having to sign up or sign in?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello,
  I’ve also a question about “like”.
  How is it possible that the avatars of the likers appear sometime and sometime not?
  Evidently, I don’t make any change for that…
