  Likes is an exclusive WordPress.com feature, users have to have an account with WordPress.com to be able to Like, you can read more about it here Likes
  If not, there is another option you can use Ratings which can be used by anyone.

  I have on more question. How do I find RSS feed for my blog? I’ve been looking for it and reading some articles but couldn’t find it.

  All wordpress blogs have multiple built-in feeds. All support docs are at https://support.wordpress.com/ Type Feeds into the searchbox and click to search https://en.support.wordpress.com/?s=feeds
  Results https://en.support.wordpress.com/feeds/

  Your RSS Feed URL for your .wordpress.COM published blog posts is

  http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/feed/

  *Replace NAME_OF_BLOG in that URL with the actual name of your blog.

  Hi there,
  You’re welcome. I was here and this thread popped up so I answered for you.

  I’m sitting on a packing crate in a corner of my home which has no windows or doors today. Luckily the sun is shining. Hopefully we will be more secure by nightfall or at least there will be some plastic up to cut the ocean winds.
