Likes and subscriptions

    Hello, I am having multiple complaints from multiple potential subscribers Not being able to like or subscribe. Are you able to help me with this?

    Hi there,

    This would be a problem with the browsers and/or accounts of those readers themselves, not your site. So we’ll need to know who these people are, what exactly goes wrong when they try to like or subscribe, what browser they’re using, etc.

    For those who are having problems liking, or following in the WordPress.com Reader (which requires a WordPress.com account), please ask them to open their own support requests at https://wordpress.com/help/contact and include a link to the post they’re trying to like, and we can troubleshoot this with them directly.

    For those having problems subscribing via email, can you share the email addresses here? Type each email address on its own line, and it will automatically be hidden so only staff can see it.
