likes & comments not showing in WP reader

  I moved my wp.com site to self hosted, http://www.fit4365.com, since then when my posts appear in the WordPress Reader, you can’t like or comment on the post from the Reader (you can on the site though).

  Is there anyway around this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No. Your blog is no longer a member of the WordPress>COM hosted blogging community. The posts will not longer automatically display with those features in the WordPress.COM Reader, or on the WordPress.COM Categories and Tags pages.
