Likes don't function

  Hi, I am one of the admin on a private chat blog. A couple of our commenters are unable to post Likes whereas everybody else can. Is there any explanation for this and how can it be changed? Thanks.

  Hi @mbc1955, can you let us know which users can’t like posts, and also send links to the affected posts?
