Likes don't show up on new .org site

  Hi WordPress.com! So I recently transferred my .com website -> .org and I installed the like button on my posts. But, it says that no one liked it, but on my .com site it says that people liked it. I also tried to put the ‘popular posts’ widget, but it says I didn’t post anything, though I did on my .com site. Also my stats don’t show up. It says I have 3 all-time views, but I have around 6,000+ all time views. Is there a way to fix this?
