likes from wordpress users do not display although I get a mail in my account

  Dear WP

  It is two posts that although some wordpress user likes my post, his/her icon is not display below the post in the like line. I know they liked the post because I get a mail every time there is activity on the blog, likes included. How can I fix this? I never had it before.

  For example this last post: http://artborghi.wordpress.com/2014/01/16/the-ever-changing-panorama-at-the-seafront-of-istanbul/

  I got 4 likes , 4 emails but only the first like-icon is displayed.

  Hi there,

  After looking into that post I found that there were 4 likes as seen in the link below:

  

  Sometimes it can take time to catch up. Please note that the emails you get for likes may not always add up to how many likes show up on the post because some readers may accidentally like posts. So if they unlike it, you may receive an email about it, but the like would disappear on the post.

  Thank you! Indeed now it looks as expected.. I never notice before time gaps between mail and blog. I thought something was wrong maybe with the theme, as an upgrade for it came out but I did not dare yet to apply it …

  Dear Grace, it happens again… likes are given (and not deleted) but I can see them only in my dashboard, not in the blog. I would like to attach here a savescreen where I can see that my last post

  got six likes (and icons of likers appear in the dahsboard), but the dashboard also says: “0 users liked it so far, nice!” … what could I do? Thanks

  Currently, we are aware that there is an issue with the likes, but it was fixed in early January. If yours is still acting up, can you try clearing your browser cache? Please view the support guide below to learn how:
