Likes not showing on blog posts

It shows on my phone but not on my computer, so I don’t get it. I can’t see the likes either on other blogger’s posts.
Has this been changed? I may not just be aware of it.

Following up on this issue. This is still not solved. Plus the Sharing buttons for: email, google+, press this – all don’t show either.
And if I may add…
I recently changed my theme after sending you my initial issue on likes. With the new theme I now have, I can’t add twitter. It shows on customize but won’t show on the blog page in the footer.
Please help.
