"Likes" not showing up on blog posts

  Hi,
  Just started my blog a few weeks ago, and I’m using the Adelle theme. I’ve had a few people “like” my posts (I get the notification through the WordPress app on my phone), but the likes don’t show up on the actual blog post.

  For example, I posted this today: http://theorganizedlifeblog.wordpress.com/2014/07/06/whole-wheat-oatmeal-pancakes-with-blueberries-and-chocolate-chips/

  I’ve gotten 5 likes so far, but they don’t show up at the bottom of the post. Help please. Thank you.

  I am using Firefox 30 and I see 6 likes on that post http://theorganizedlifeblog.wordpress.com/2014/07/06/whole-wheat-oatmeal-pancakes-with-blueberries-and-chocolate-chips/

  Are you running one of the browsers and versions of them found at http://browsehappy.com?

  I am having the same problem. I get plenty of views but always zero likes! I get likes from friends on Facebook. Could all the people who are viewing my blog on WordPress not like what I write? I clicked on your link to check my browser and it says I’m using Chrome 35. What gives?

  Hi,

  I am using Safari 7 and I have visited both blogs. I am able to see likes and like the most recent posts. Great posts! ellenlit67: looks like you have the most recent version of your browser. As of now I see 3 likes in total. Is this what you see as well? Also, Facebook friends are most likely clicking “like” on the actual shared Facebook post of your blog post, which will show the like on Facebook and not show in WordPress unless they also hit like in the WordPress post. Hope this helps!

  Hi everyone,
  I’m using Firefox 30.0. I found that when I disabled “Adblock Plus” my likes showed up on my posts. Thank you so much!
