Likes on blog posts

Why do visitors have to log in to wordpress.com to Like my post? If someone doesn’t have a wordpress account, then it appears that they can’t click “like” for my posts. I don’t think it used to work that way on my older posts and I can’t find anything that I’ve changed in my settings that would impact this.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You didn’t change anything: it has always been this way. If you want, you can put a Facebook Like button on your posts from your dashboard Sharing page.

okay, thanks, didn’t realize that! Do other blog host sites work this way, or do they allow anyone to like a post regardless of whether they are a member?

No idea, actually. You could try Googling it. You do need an account at Tumblr to Like Tumblr posts.
