"Likes" on posts are delayed hours before displaying

  For the past few days, the “Likes” on my posts are delayed HOURS before displaying. I receive an email notification for the “Like” and then hours later, the “Liker” gravitar appears. The “Likes” also do not show up in my Dashboard/AllPosts for hours. Any ideas? Thanks.
