"Likes" Stats

  I am trying to determine which of my posts has the most likes for a given month. I have my blog linked to FB and Twitter. The like stat has a certain number of likes for each post. Is this figure JUST wordpress likes (it seems like it’s not only that number) or is it somehow including likes on my FB and Twitter pages as well? Thanks!
