"likes" "unlike" and other issues

I’ve tried liking posts in the feed and also at the page and it is totally hit or miss which ones “stick” and which ones don’t. This can be the same page on a different day also. It appears to be completely random.
I just tried to make a comment on CoS article and it blocked my comment.
Also, as I’m trying to scroll through and read from the feed, there are only so many that show up then the rest is just blank space. This means I can’t read the majority of the pages I’m following.
I was posting regularly and reading regularly up until January 2018 and there were NONE of these issues. I came back a couple of weeks ago and Word Press is not user-friendly like it was before. Any help you can give in giving me information to change settings, etc. that can restore Word Press to being user-friendly would be very much appreciated.

I went through all of the above steps. Still not able to like posts, or the tab will light up and say I liked it but when I go back to it my “like” isn’t there. On the feed, the orange star will light up as if it recorded the “like” but then it turns right back off. The page/post I just tried was https://frankprem.wordpress.com/2018/09/02/beechworth-streets-34-rock-and-rough/ both in the feed and visiting his page. I have all of the info you want for http://supportdetails.com in a screen capture than I can email to you. I’m not sure how to ass the modlook sidebar tag onto this to get your attention. I’m not a computer techie person. I did follow the link you posted and see nothing like that anywhere here, sorry. If you send me an email address I will attach a copy of the details you want, so maybe you can help me figure this out. Thank you very much. “modlook”
