Likes without log in

If someone wants to Like a page or post he/she has to log in first. Something must be wrong. What to do?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The WordPress.com like button, like every other in-house use only like button (example: Facebook) can only be used by those who have registered WordPress.com username accounts when they are logged in to WordPress.com.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/likes/Likes are not page views. In fact, likes and shares are misleading when you are talking about page view stats. Your followers and anyone with a WordPress.com blog who is logged into WordPress.com can “like” and “share” and even “reblog” posts in several locations such as the Reader without ever clicking into your blog and creating a page view stat.
Log in to your WordPress.com account to click the like button on WordPress.com blog posts is what to do, because unless one logs in the software will not provide the ability to click the like button.
