Liking a post

Somebody liked one of my posts. I got an email from you folks and I went to his website and found a post i liked and would like to return the favor. But I did not see posts that i like widget on his pages. How to do it

One reason could be that the user has turned off the likes for the posts. Do you know if the user has turned them on or off?
