Liking comments

  I have Nero style thumbs up/down for readers to like/dislike comments. I would like to remove this option but can’t find where I can undo this.

  My site is PhuturePhillies.com.

  I already tried the Sharing Buttons suggestion offered by WordPress and it did not work. My thumbs up/down are an older style not covered by the voter boxes.

  Thank you for reaching out! It took some searching, but I found the exact location where that feature is applied, even though it’s been a while since I last encountered it. 😅

  You can locate the setting under Feedback -> Ratings. Once there, you’ll find a “settings” link and on the next page under the Comments tab, you’ll see the option to uncheck “Show ratings on comments.” You can access that page directly using this URL: https://phuturephillies.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=ratings&action=options&rating=comments

  Thank you staff-heroponriki. I knew when I turned this feature on a while ago, I might have to remove it. I just couldn’t retrace my steps to it. So many childish readers have to use the thumbs down as a weapon. I’m going to try the Like feature. Thanks again.
