Liking from Correct Blog

    This is a two part question but I believe it’s the same answer.

    I have two totally different subject blogs. For months I have been “liking” posts and “following” others blogs.

    However this evening I came to realize that when I did this, they person on the other end (Those who wrote the blogs or posts I liked) we’re seeing it from my wrong blog.

    How do I make sure some knows from which blog of mine that I am following them, or liking a post of theirs from.

    I really hope this makes sense
