Liking my blog comments

    Hi
    Can you explain to me why everytime someone tries to like one of my new blogs, it states they have to provide an email address to log on???? Can they not just click like??

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hey there,

    Anonymous users cannot “Like” a post because this feature is associated with WordPress.com accounts.

    When you like a post, your Gravatar image appears in the list of likes and if you’re trying to do it without signing in, WordPress.com won’t know who to associate the Like with.

    This is somewhat analogous to likes on Facebook, you’d require an account to like stuff and appear in the list of likes.
