Liking posts and refresh page and it unlikes them

  Hi,

  I was hoping someone could help, when I like a blog and the refresh the page the like unlikes itself, and it doesn’t show up in my previously liked posts.

  I cleared the Cache before (google crome) and then it worked again, but now it is doing the same thing, I have cleared the cache but no difference.

  Please help?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
