lil bit like fraud

  I was using a major debit card to make the pyment. However my bank called me telling me they didn’t allow it because it looked fraudulent. I told them to allow it as i was trying to make a payment to wordpress. They asked the amount, and when i told them 25 ish $ as a pyment, they informed me it was an attempt to charge 399$!! This made me concerned/angry because the website itself shows the charge to be x12, and not all at once. I would really like the deal as advertised. Can you provide that or is this a typical problem and i should just use a different company or?? Also, is it possible to talk to anyone or am i just going to be writing emails everytime there’s a problem?
