Limit email notification content

  Is it possible to limit the amount of info from a new post in the email notification? For example when I post a new post the whole post is in the email notification and less people visit the blog. Thank you

  You can do that by setting your RSS feed to “summary” rather than “full”.

  You can do that by logging into your site’s dashboard and going to Settings –> Reading
  For each article in a feed, show
  __Full text
  __Summary
  click “save changes”
