limit reached try again in 60 minutes

  I am trying to get my students set up to blog using the WordPress app on iPads. During different parts of the registration process, they are getting the error ‘limit reached try again in 60 minutes.’ They are then unable to complete the registration process. Do you have any idea what we are doing wrong? Thanks for any insight!
