Limit to how many authors you can invite to contribute?

  I have several different personal blogs on wordpress.com and I just started a class blog to use in teaching my college classes. I invited up to around fifty of my students to contribute as authors, but when I tried to add the last five, the “send invitation” box is faded out and won’t let me send any more invitations.

  Is there a daily limit to how many author invitations you can send in one day, or did it look to the robots like I was sending spam?

  I’d appreciate advice and help as the blog will be useless to my class if I can’t involve all of my students.

  Argghhh… it looks like WordPress has suspended this blog that I just spent all evening creating because of “Terms of Service” violations. I guess inviting 50 authors at one time looked suspicious? Has anyone else had this problem when creating class blogs?
